3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

• Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your judicial district (or where the service provider is located).
• Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Report Function for Individual Images

In addition to formal DMCA notices, each image on our platform includes a “Report” button, which allows users to flag potentially infringing or inappropriate content.

The report form includes a description field where you may optionally provide your contact details. This helps us follow up, provide updates, and request further clarification if needed.

Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team. Verified issues may result in removal or restriction of access to the content in question.

5. Reservation of Rights

At present, this website does not provide user account registration or account-based services. However, we reserve the right to implement such features in the future. If account functionality is introduced, we also reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access for any user who repeatedly violates intellectual property rights or any applicable law.
